Yashi Xiang, literally Duck Shit Aroma—also called Honeysuckle and Persimon Aroma by some—is the most perfumed of all the famous oolongs. It is like there are flowers in it (but incredibly it is just the tea) on top of the foundation of Phoenix Mountain minerality or shanyun.
